Community Integration

Independent Living Support (ILS)
We provide independent living support (ILS) services that empower individuals to live independently. Our ILS services provide the necessary skills and resources for individuals to manage their day-to-day lives.
Self-Directed Support
Our self-directed support programs encourage individuals to take charge of their lives. We offer guidance and assistance in making informed decisions about their care and support.
Self-Determination Program (SDP) Assistance
We offer assistance with the Self-Determination Program (SDP), helping individuals take control of their services and support. Our SDP assistance program ensures that everyone has the opportunity to live an independent and fulfilling life.
Employment Support

Adult Residential Facilities (ARF)
Our Adult Residential Facilities (ARF) provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals. We offer comprehensive care and support to ensure that every individual feels at home.

Client Eligibility
-
Must Be 18 years or older for Employment Support
-
Must be 3 years or older for Self-Determination Support
-
Clients must reside with their families, in residential facilities, or independently and are seeking Employment Services

The client may have a Developmental Disability, Autism, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, or the Fifth Look-Alike Category
-
Client must have the cognitive ability to follow directions for Employment Support

Client should be able to participate in a paid internship, work part-time or full-time, or with the ability to work with supervision
